Wahana Visi Indonesia (WVI) is a Christian humanitarian organization dedicated to serving and collaborating in the empowerment of vulnerable children, families, and communities through community development, advocacy, and disaster response initiatives to bring sustainable transformation regardless of religion, race, ethnicity, or gender.
To strengthen accountability, program learning, and reporting to donors and stakeholders, WVI invites individual consultants and consulting firms to support the implementation of the 2026 Annual Impact Measurement (AIM+) for WVI programs.

Consultant Qualifications
Have a background and/or experience in Nutrition, WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene), Education, Livelihood and Resilience, Child Protection, and Community Engagement.
Exposed with social impact/community empowerment/child well-being programming
Experience with program evaluations is required.
Extensive knowledge and experience developing logic models and analysis plans
Experience in qualitative data analysis.
Experience in quantitative analysis and statistical methods to determined program effectiveness, effect size, and impact.
Experience in scaling up interventions from pilot satge to broader implementation.
Experience in conducting contribution analysis and adjusting Theory of Change (ToC) based on findings from contribution analysis.
