The selected consultant will conduct a Gender Equality, Disability, and Social Inclusion (GEDSI) assessment in accordance with the Scope of Work provided.
Master’s degree (S2) in Gender and Disability Studies, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in GEDSI or social inclusion, particularly in disability inclusion
Proven experience in conducting at least 2 GEDSI assessments
Strong proficiency in gender analysis tools
Strong proficiency in inclusion analysis tools
Experience in mixed-method research
Ability to facilitate inclusive processes
Understanding of the social and cultural context of Lombok
Cultural and gender sensitivity
Strong communication skills
Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Experience in relevant sector(s)
Collaboration experience with disability groups
Established local network in Lombok
Residency in Lombok is an advantage
The consultant is expected to uphold the following ethical principles:

Ensure that the assessment does not create or exacerbate risks for respondents
Particularly for sensitive issues involving gender-based violence and disability
b. Bias Awareness
Demonstrate awareness and reflection on personal biases
Apply inclusive approaches
Use non-discriminatory language, methodologies, and interactions
