Wahana Visi Indonesia (WVI) is inviting qualified and experienced individuals in the field of public health to join as an Individual Service Provider (PJI) – Community Health Officer (CHO) to support the implementation of the RISE Project (Improving the Quality of Maternal and Child Healthcare in Indonesia).
The selected individual will support efforts to improve maternal and newborn health outcomes through cadre mentoring, strengthening referral systems, digital reporting, health data validation, and coordination with stakeholders at both community and health facility levels.
1 (one) position based in Pasuruan District, East Java
1 (one) position based in Bogor District, West Java
Resides in, or has a strong understanding of, the assigned area and possesses good networks with local stakeholders.
Minimum educational qualification of a Diploma III (D3); preferably a Diploma IV (D4) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Midwifery, Nursing, Nutrition, Health Sciences, or Public Health.
Minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience in public health, midwifery, nursing, nutrition, or related fields.
Strong communication and coordination skills with local government authorities, health facilities, and community stakeholders.
Demonstrated understanding of health data management and review processes.
Has personal transportation available for field mobility. (Transportation costs are considered included in the service fee.)
Has a personal laptop and mobile phone to support work implementation. (Internet-related costs are considered included in the service fee.)
Previous experience in community development programs or humanitarian projects is an advantage.
Has no history of legal issues and is willing to comply with the safeguarding policies of Wahana Visi Indonesia.
