Open Tender for Bus Rental Services (Domestic and Intercity Routes)

To support transportation requirements for operational activities, community engagement programs, business visits, training sessions, gatherings, and other organizational activities, Yayasan Wahana Visi Indonesia (WVI) plans to conduct an Open Tender for Medium and Large Bus Rental Services under a long-term partnership arrangement.

We hereby invite qualified transportation service providers who are interested in participating in this tender process.

Service Requirements

Suppliers are expected to be capable of providing Medium Buses and Large Buses for the following routes:

• Surabaya – Jakarta (daily basis)

• Surabaya – Local City Routes (daily basis)

• Bandung – Jakarta (daily basis)

• Bandung – Local City Routes (daily basis)

• Jakarta – Bandung (daily basis)

• Jakarta – Local City Routes (daily basis)

• Jakarta – Surabaya (daily basis)

The vehicles provided must be in good condition, well-maintained, roadworthy, and supported by experienced drivers and crew members to ensure safety and comfort throughout the journey.

General Terms

• Rental rates to be submitted at a later stage must be all-inclusive, covering fuel costs, driver fees, crew fees, and any other operational expenses required for service delivery.

• The planned partnership period is three (3) years.

• Price adjustments during the contract period may be considered through a contract amendment mechanism in the event of changes in government regulations or other significant factors that materially impact operational costs.

Supplier Qualifications

Interested suppliers are expected to meet the following requirements:

• Possess a valid business license relevant to transportation services or vehicle rental services.

• Have experience in providing bus transportation services for companies, institutions, government agencies, non-profit organizations, or other organizations.

• Be willing to comply with all applicable Indonesian tax regulations and obligations.

• Have safe, well-maintained vehicles that meet applicable transportation safety standards.

• Employ competent drivers and crew members who hold the required licenses and certifications.

In addition, suppliers participating in this tender process should meet the following requirements:

• Possess a valid Business Identification Number (NIB) with business activities relevant to the services being offered.

• Open to transportation companies, vehicle rental companies, and travel agencies, provided that their business activities are registered and aligned with the business classification stated in their NIB.

• Have experience in providing bus transportation services for companies, institutions, government agencies, non-profit organizations, or other organizations.

• Be willing to comply with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.

• Have safe, well-maintained vehicles that comply with transportation safety standards.

• Employ qualified drivers and crew members who meet all applicable licensing requirements.
