Tender for Disaster Preparedness Supplies Vendors (Framework Agreement)

Wahana Visi Indonesia (WVI) is a Christian humanitarian organization dedicated to serving and collaborating in the empowerment of vulnerable children, families, and communities through community development, advocacy, and disaster response programs to bring sustainable transformation regardless of religion, race, ethnicity, or gender. To strengthen disaster preparedness and ensure the availability of timely and quality humanitarian assistance during emergencies, Wahana Visi Indonesia invites qualified companies, distributors, manufacturers, and suppliers to participate as Disaster Preparedness Supplies Vendors through a Framework Agreement (FWA) mechanism. Selected vendors will become strategic partners of WVI in the provision and distribution of various humanitarian relief kits across WVI operational areas in Indonesia.

Vendor Qualifications

Interested applicants are expected to meet the following requirements:

1. Must be a legally established company with valid business licenses.

2. Must have at least two (2) years of experience in supplying goods within the applied category.

3. Must have adequate stock capacity and distribution network.

4. Must be capable of delivering goods to various locations across Indonesia, including disaster-affected areas.

5. Must have an adequate quality assurance and control system.

6. Must be willing to comply with WVI procurement policies, safeguarding standards, anti-fraud, anti-corruption policies, and the WVI Code of Conduct.

Submission Documents

Interested vendors are requested to submit:

• Letter of Interest to participate in the vendor selection process.

• Company Profile.

• Business Identification Number (NIB) and Tax Identification Number (NPWP).

• Valid company legal documents.

• Relevant product catalog(s).

• List of similar projects or supply experiences.

• List of categories of goods being proposed.
