The process of providing this assistance was also assisted by the Duithape application provider to make it easier for the community to receive funds directly from WVI. By using the Duithape application, beneficiaries can come to the shops that have worked together to exchange shopping coupons or take cash assistance.
It is not only the community in Jatinegara District that benefits from this program. The traders also felt very helped.
"Thank you for all cooperation and compliance in complying with the protocols, rules, and regulations applied such as wearing masks. Thank you to all those who have collaborated with support so that the disbursement program can be successful without any obstacles," said Andre, one of the stall owners who cooperated with WVI in the distribution of non-cash assistance.
