Considered as Very Innovative, WVI in Sambas Receives Award

Wahana Visi Indonesia (WVI) Area Program Sambas received appreciation for its contribution to the community in Sambas Regency, West Kalimantan. Through the ideas and involvement in assisting children's education during the Covid-19 pandemic, WVI has been titled as a Very Innovative Community Organization by the Sambas Regency government.

WVI is considered to have contributed to two Regional Innovation products, namely the Parent and Child Activity Module (MATOA) and the Pandemic RPP (Cathode Motor). These two products were produced during the pandemic, in collaboration with the Education and Culture Office of the Sambas Regency, to help children face the pandemic with joy.

Not only WVI, but the government of Sambas Regency also gave awards to more than 30 people/organizations/regional officials who have also fully contributed to the community in Sambas Regency.

WVI has been present in Sambas Regency since October 2007. Various assistance programs for children and the community have been carried out to date. Focusing on the education and child protection sector, WVI continues to be committed to making the children of Sambas live in all its fullness.
