People Start Ignoring Health Protocols, WVI Continues to do Dissemination of Knowledge

Three years of living in a Covid-19 pandemic situation has made people increasingly neglectful in carrying out health protocols. This happened in several areas in Indonesia, including the capital city of DKI Jakarta.

This situation must be "resolved" by many parties by continuously reminding the community through the socialization of the importance of health protocols. In this regard, Wahana Visi Indonesia through the I-COPE project funded by the European Union, together with FPMJ partners and community health centers in the Jatinegara District, East Jakarta, conducted dissemination of knowledge and formed a Covid-19 Care Group.

Fadiah is a cadre of the Covid-19 Care Group who also moves to reach the community. She tirelessly conducts dissemination of knowledge related to a clean and healthy lifestyle and health protocols to the community.

According to Fadiah, after providing material to understand Covid-19, people began to realize the importance of maintaining cleanliness, wearing masks, washing hands with soap, and keeping a distance as well as vaccinating.

"Thank you for providing knowledge and understanding about Covid-19, clean and healthy lifestyle, health protocols, and 5M. Hopefully, the knowledge can be useful for me and the environment where I live. I hope that the knowledge I gain can change my family's behavior in implementing a healthy lifestyle. Hopefully, this activity can carry on," Fadiah concluded.
