WVI Distributes Wheelchairs for Affected Vulnerable People of Lewotolok Volcano Eruption
Wahana Visi Indonesia (WVI) is still supporting the affected people of the Ili Lewotolok volcano eruption in NTT since early December 2020. After distributing the masks and handwashing with soap facility to 4,557 people (257 households), WVI still commits to vulnerable people by giving wheelchairs and crutches.
The distribution has been done in 8 areas for 18 beneficiaries. Most of them are elderly and people with disabilities. The stuff was given directly in January 2021.
WVI also has arranged the Child-Friendly Space activity in 5 areas and reached 287 children. Next, WVI will commit the emergency response in psychosocial support for children and people until the end of January 2020.
