Almost two weeks have passed since the earthquake struck Flores, and the humanitarian response on the ground is beginning to shift from the initial emergency response towards a more needs-based approach. The government, together with humanitarian organisations, is currently carrying out a joint needs assessment covering more than 100 villages.
