Pengadaan Kebutuhan Konsultan Full-Stack Web Developer

1. Background

Wahana Visi Indonesia (WVI) is undertaking the modernization of the Personnel Action Form (PAF) application, specifically for the Employee Exit Process, which is currently based on Lotus. As the existing Lotus platform is planned to be decommissioned by the end of Q1 FY27, WVI needs to migrate the PAF Exit Process to a modern web-based application to ensure business continuity and sustainability of the process. The new web-based PAF will replace the existing Lotus-based Exit Process and provide a more flexible foundation for future enhancement and integration with other WVI applications. The project will cover front-end and back-end development, implementation of the required Exit Process business rules and approval flows, application integration readiness, testing support, documentation, and deployment to the agreed environment. The developer will work closely with the DTSU and P&C teams and shall follow approved requirements, application standards, security practices, and integration principles.

2. Qualification

• Experience: At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in web application development, with proven experience delivering full-stack applications.

• Technical Skills: Strong practical skills in front-end and back-end development, REST/API integration, relational databases, source-code management, and Laravel frameworks.

• Application Development: Experience translating functional requirements and business processes into maintainable web application features.

• Security Awareness: Working knowledge of secure coding practices, authentication, authorization, input validation, session management, and protection of sensitive data.

• Testing & Deployment: Experience supporting integration testing, defect resolution, release preparation, and application deployment in development/staging/production environments.

• Communication & Documentation: Able to work collaboratively with business and DTSU stakeholders and provide clear technical documentation and knowledge transfer.

• Deployment and handover

Indicator :

• Approved front-end and back end modules are implemented and integrated according to the agreed requirements.

• New Employee and applicable employee action processes are supported through the application flow.

• Identified defects are tracked, fixed, and retested during SIT/UAT.

• Application is deployed to the agreed environment and technical knowledge is transferred to internal DTSU.
