Wahana Visi Indonesia is actively working across 18 provinces, 81 districts/cities, 213 sub-districts, and 962 villages, positively influencing the well-being of millions of children, families, and communities. The organization’s strategy for the 2021-2025 fiscal period aims to enhance the well-being and rights of 7.5 million of the most vulnerable children in Indonesia by addressing the root causes of vulnerability. This goal is being pursued through 29 ongoing Area Programs and over 20 special projects. The ministry areas include Papua, Highland Papua, West Papua, South West Papua, North Maluku, Central Sulawesi, South Sulawesi, East Nusa Tenggara, West Nusa Tenggara, West Kalimantan, East Java, DKI Jakarta, North Sumatra, and Bengkulu.
Wahana Visi Indonesia's endline study will play a critical role in assessing the overall impact of its programs and determining whether the intended outcomes have been achieved. The endline will measure the progress made since the baseline, evaluating changes in key indicators that will contributes to the Child Well-being Outcomes below:
Increase in children who have positive and peaceful relationships in their families and communities (CWBO #2)
1. Increase in girls and boys protected from violence (CWBO #3)
2. Increase in children who are well-nourished (ages 0-5) (CWBO #5)
3. Increase in primary school children who can read (CWBO #7)
Aligned with the shown background above, Wahana Visi Indonesia are undergo on required an a consultancy service for aim/providing final reports on CESP, TP CRC, TP CWN, TP CP in dual language (Indonesia - English).
The candidate must matched the qualification below :

a. Have a background in Nutrition, WASH, Education, Livelihood and Resilience, Child Protection, Communiti Engagement
|

b. Exposed with social impact/community empowerment/child well-being programming
|
|
c. Experience with program evaluations is required.
|
|
d. Extensive knowledge and experience developing logic models and analysis plans
|
|
e. Experience with qualitative data analysis
|
|
f. Experience with quantitative analysis and statistical methods to determine effect size and impact.
|
|
g. Experience scaling interventions from pilot stage to widespread implementation.
