Wahana Visi Indonesia mencari konsultan untuk penutupan project Envision (didanai oleh European Union), di Kupang, NTT. Adapun skill yang dibutuhkan adalah sebagai berikut
- Solid understanding of and practical experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating Socio Economic Impact particularly using OECD framework, GESI/GEDSI, community organisation and management and advocacy projects in addition to issues related to governance, transparency and accountability (this is critical)
- Skills and experience in program-level program design, evaluation, and strategic review
- At least having 2 (or 3) consultant teams. One for each location (Kab.Kupang, TTS, East Sumba) Bidders could propose provide justification for more if needed.
- Proven capacity to communicate and work effectively with marginalized community members, including village government, district government, community members including woman, and people with disabilities.
- Experience in applying disability-inclusive and/or gender inclusive approaches in project reviews
- Strong experience in quantitative data collection and statistical analysis
- Strong experience in qualitative data collection and analysis
- Strong experience in presentation of findings and facilitation of workshops
- Excellent writing skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with ability to write concise and accessible analytical reports in English.
- Perfect mastering of design of surveys using data collection software.
- Ability and experience working remotely and conducting assessments through virtual means
- Experience working for the EU funded projects (desired).
