1. Background
Cocoa Life Program has been implemented in South Sulawesi (SS) and South-East Sulawesi (SES) from 2017-2024 in three phases. While Cocoa Life Program in South East Sulawesi will end on the 31st of December 2024, it will continue in South Sulawesi until the 31st of March 2025, leaving a couple of learning activities. As part of the donor’s requirements, WVI needs to submit an annual report highlighting the fourth quarter report and End-ofPhase report for Cocoa Life Program in SES in January 2025. For the Program in SS, WVI needs to submit the annual report in January and the End-of-Phase Report in April 2025.
2. Objectives
- POP Q4 Data for SS and SES:
- Coordinate data collection with WVI’s staff and freelance data-collection consultant (PJI) for POP Q4, Annual Reports and End-of-Phase Reports, under the supervision of the National Project Manager (NPM).
- Prepare the presentations of POP Q4 for SS & SES.
- Write Annual Reports for SS & SES
- Draft Reports & seek feedback from the relevant WVI Staff.
- Finalize the reports.
- Write End of Phase Report for SES
- Draft report & seek feedback from the relevant WVI Staff
- Finalize the report.
