USAID Kolaborasi is a program to increase the capacity of governance and community participation in regional development in Papua and West Papua Provinces for 5 years (2022 -2027). This program aims to improve the optimization of the management of Special Autonomy (Otsus) funds that are right on target so that they can accelerate the improvement of community welfare, especially Indigenous Papuans (OAP).
USAID Kolaborasi is a joint design program with Bappenas and the Ministry of Home Affairs. The program received $10 million in funding from the United States Government through the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). The implementation of the program will be carried out by Wahana Visi Indonesia (WVI) together with INFID and the Kitong Bisa Foundation (KBF).
